Returns & Exchanges
At Sweet Candy, we want every bite to be a delight; if your treats arrive damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our candy concierges with your order number and photos of the issue to initiate a return request.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for damaged goods.
- 3.Pack Your Sweets
Securely place the unopened candy in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit back to our kitchen.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
